The massive participation in events has changed the technique of retaining and preserving the past. «Collective memory» is a complex process, special forms «the presence» the past in the present. It is one of the pillars of national identity. Politicians actively have used the collective representations to justify the legitimization of their power, defending their domestic and foreign policies.
